It's a new role in the company, multiple stages of interview, involving the HR, Hiring Manager and the Department Head. I went through an almost half an hour phone interview with the HR. Multiple questions were asked, in relevance to the past working experience. I was given high hope that I would be contacted for my good portfolio within 1 to 2 working days. On the 2nd day, I did not hear from them but only to be heard back the following week with an automated email saying that they have moved on to other candidates. It would be great to be interviewed by the Hiring Manager directly instead of the HR team. It's a waste of time, frankly.
