Interview
The interview was a multiple round process which began with an aptitude test of 50 marks for 12 minutes which included English grammar, Logic and Mathematics.
Only passing this round makes you eligible for the next round, the next round was a communication round where you need to write an essay of 50 words or more in 10 minutes of any topic of your choice. The next round was taken up by the operations team lead, After this a complete medical checkup was arranged clearing the medical would then qualify you to the final round with HR for salary negotiation.

Good interview process for all the level will be more easy and interviewer was highly experienced and having in depth process knowledge they are encouraging on the answers and giving the immediate feedback

Interview is very straight forward, difficult at first, becomes easy on later stages.
It took one full day to conduct because of more number of applicants.
Preparing for aptitude tests will give you a huge advantage over other candidates

There was an IQ, personality and typing exam at first then if you pass an HR would interview you and would recommend you to the next level. the next level is an interview with a supervisor and the manager.
