Terrible process : unclear and disrespectful to the candidate First call with HR : went well. Basic questions Second round with the hiring manager . I was not informed that this would be a technical interview . I was told this would be more like getting to know me . It wasn’t the case . Irrelevant questions asked during the interview. Third round : last round with the worst director who came late and didn’t bother to turn on his camera . Was highly disinterested and even smirked during the process . He was clearly in a bad mood. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and disregard for the candidates. HR was the only decent person in this whole process
