Lengthy process, three interviews with minimum two weeks time gaps in-between. Face-to-face was more productive than online screening. Interview was selected through personal recommendation, still had to expedite online process as box ticking exersize.
Terrible email communication, a phone screen instead of a proper video interview, and a role that got downgraded from Manager to Supervisor with zero notice. No follow-up. No feedback. Maersk's US hiring operation is an absolute joke.
