The process was smooth and quick. First, I had to go through two web tests, one for personality and one is similar to IQ test (Kind of similar to Wonderlic test). After that, I got contacted for the 1st round interview via Skype, in which I was asked both fit questions and case interview questions. The interview lasted for about an hour. After passing the first round, the company arranged for me to fly in for a face-to-face 2nd round interview. In 2nd round, I had interviews with 3 different people, one of the was HR person. Overall, all of them were really nice. I didn't pass the 2nd round and they gave me clear feedback on what to improve. The results were out really quick, usually within one week. (2-3 business days in my case).
