There were 3 interviews:
1st: 30 min phone call with recruiter
2nd: 30 min video interview with 2 team supervisor and assistant manager
3rd: 1 hour onsite interview with team manager and customer service general manager (1 hr overall). First 15 mins with team supervisor and assistant manager from 2nd interview, 30 mins with the team manager and CS GM, and then a office tour with recruiter at the end (15 to 20 mins).
It was straightforward and there was good time management in each interview (not too long and there was enough time to be asked and ask questions in each interview). I was regularly informed of my status with being updated within 1 week of 1st interview, the day after the 2nd interview, and two days after the 3rd interview. Good experience overall
