No offer yet as this is too early in the process.

Question 1
can you explain projects you described in your resume?
The interview process was straightforward and conversational. I first submitted my application online, and then I was invited to interview with the hiring team. During the interview, they introduced the role, explained the type of policy and data-related projects involved, and asked about my background, Excel/data analysis skills, interest in public policy, and availability. The interview felt professional but friendly, and I had the opportunity to ask questions about the internship responsibilities and next steps.
