I was invited for assessment day which was based in their head office, very friendly and professional experience. I was informed via email that they would like to invite me for interview for supervisor in one of department stores and if I'm interested I could try to apply for boutique assistant manager. I agree for both, since begging person who was dealing with whole process was super UNORGANIZED, I need to send email by email to know when, where and what time I will have my first interview. I should have two interviews at the same day, first was really good and I enjoyed atmosphere and professionalism of gentleman who was interviewing me, then I told him that I have other interview with Maje but I do not have information about it and when he asked me who is dealing with it I gave him name and he said that he is not surprised that I don't have any info. He pass me his number and I make phone call, guy who was organizing my interviews asked me if I have anything to do in central London because he don't know what time my second interview will be... I said that I need to come back to work as I have been told before that after I finish with first one I need to go to other one. We both agree to find suitable date. I didn't heard from him from 3 days so I emailed back to him, of course he wasn't able provide me any useful information and keep repeating that he will deal with it later. Week past I didn't received any feedback from first interview or information about other, I tried call manager from my first meeting and he said that he can't help me because E is dealing with it and everything going through him. So I need to contact E again and I received email that he is on holiday and will be back on 28th of October. Which in time of me sending email for him was 2 weeks of waiting! I never ever had so much bad experience with recruitment in London. Maje is luxurious brand bragging about good experience and amazing working culture. My advice is to hire someone with recruitment experience and good organization skills instead 20 + years old college kid who can't deal with one thing properly. I really want get this job because I love brand and I was inspired on my assessment day but after that I DO NOT RECOMMEND

The Area manager that interviewed me was great. He was really engaging but left shortly after I started. It was a relaxed interview and I was made to feel at ease. He seemed to want to understand me and how I work along with my previous experience.
