I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Manpower (Frederick, MD) in Oct 2016
Interview
Talked over the phone to get the basics, and then went in to take assessments and have an in person interview. The assessments were just a review of Microsoft Office programs, relatively simple. The interview itself wasn't anything out of the ordinary. Everyone who I met in the office was friendly and welcoming. Overall positive experience!!
I applied online. I interviewed at Manpower (Kuala Lumpur) in Mar 2026
Interview
asked about past experience and job expectations, they also share about how their internal structure works and check whether I have any questions to ask, interviewer was nice and willing to answer my questions. but other staff was quite busy.
I had a great experience with the interview process. It began with a phone interview, which was followed by a second-round virtual interview via Microsoft Teams. Both interviews were well-organized, and the communication was clear throughout. Shortly after completing both rounds, I received an offer — the turnaround was impressively quick. Overall, the process was efficient, respectful, and made me feel valued as a candidate
