I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Manulife (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2016
Interview
1st interview with senior analyst, 2nd interview with the director. Mostly about behavioural questions, and review of your computer competency. They asked whether I wanted to pursue any professional designation; I made it clear that I was interested in the position, and intended to pursue a professional designation throughout my time. Few behavioural questions on how I would act when I receive difficult phone calls from clients and vendors.

Question 1
What experience do I have in financial planning?
Why do I wish to move to HK?
Three rounds of interviews with your (potential) senior mentor.
First round was asking your background and education, why you want to apply for this position. A task was set due to present in a few days.
Second round was about your topic with slides and presentation. The interviewer would leave comments and ask questions regarding it.
Third round was about job title and basic salary (not including bonus), promotion opportunities, duties to cover etc. Offer was almost certain at that time.
