I was a coop over there. And I got the contact position after my graduation. The interview took up to 4 weeks. first round was phone interview and the second round was 1 to 1 interview at manulife. the interview was not difficult.

three steps of the interview, the first two were technical and the last one was behavioural with the chief officer. Before the first interview, there was a 10-minute phone behavioural interview.

Interview process takes somewhere around 1-2 months between your time of application, getting screened by a phone conversation with the recruiter for your first interview , then getting selected for the second round of interview depending on how you presented in the first round and then get a final offer/rejection from the Hiring Manager.
