Interview
They had someone from the Philippines to remotely arrange interview meetings for you and the line manager/HR. Say if the line manager/HR has sth to do and cannot come on time, nobody will notify you and was a big struggle for me as I had engagement next and struggled if I shall continue to wait or not. The whole process was very very dry.

Questions on self-introduction, your past experience, some more sharing on your past jobs and to test your familiarity towards their work, etc
Straight forward experience with the hiring manager and HR was super helpful throughout the whole process especially during negotiations. Communication was transparent and easy with all parties from end to end.
