Received a screening call after several weeks of applying. The questions were a combination of technical and behavioral. The HR mentioned that they would follow up the following week, but ghosted.

Most of the 1hr interview is used up to criticize my clothing and PowerPoint skills. This is clearly a company who focus on superficial things rather than real technical skills.
