The process usually consists of some form of a campus interview, then phone and then you are flown to a designated location for an in-person informational event and interview session. They normally happen with two representatives from the company, the morning after a networking event. You will have the chance to speak with current participants from the program as well as a few recent graduates, and many important employees within the company. I spoke with managers and department directors at various properties in the region I was interviewing. You will have preference over your desired region, should you be admitted to the program.
