Very simple and straightforward. Typical questions you’d have at any interview about situations and how you handle them. Usually call back a few days later and you go to HR and fill out your paperwork and drug test.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Marriott International (Edinburgh, Scotland) in Sept 2020
Interview
It was really great. The owner is fantastic, she's so kind. She just wanted to see me make a coffee and then chat a little bit about my previous experience.
