A recruiter calls you to prescreen, ask about your background, and a few situational questions.
If you pass, they will send you off to a panel interview with a few directors. The directors will take turn asking you 5 or so STAR questions, and they will continue to ask you follow up questions if you don’t answer it fully, as part of the corp interview process, so be able to think on your feet. This process makes it fair across all interviews, but it also gives the interviewer power and is meant to intimidate you. The questions we’re nothing related to my field, rather just situational questions that you need to tie into your field.
Make no mistake, if you are not receiving feedback after the interview then you are not in the running. A job will never leave someone they really want to just hang in the dark. I did not get any feedback, just automated regret to inform you email from Marriott.

Lengthy interview process, but everyone I met was professional and pleasant. Certain aspects of the job were unclear, which is why I didn’t end up taking the offer. Overall, though, I enjoyed the people I met.
