Very simple and comfortable. No stress. Very laid back and casual. The management seemed very friendly and easy going. Asked how I would handle irate customers, being asked to work overtime and how flexible I would be with changing shifts.

Showed interest, genuine. Prepared and was very honest and upfront with their questions. It wasn't geared as much about my knowledge but who and what I am as a person. Much more difficult to slay that type of interviewing style

I had a phone interview with a recruiter then had an in person interview. The in person interview they tell you that it will be in a STAR format. The formality of it all seemed more difficult than necessary
