I applied online and received an email back from the front desk manager to book an interview. It was a one on one and lasted approx 45 minutes. It was more conversational with a lot of situation based questions. I received a call the next day with the job offer.

An application and online assessment, via the marrriott website. After this you set up an in-person interview on site.
However, it is an incredibly unprofessional and disorganized set up. Interviews typically happen after the scheduled time or are cancelled last minute. Very little appropriate introduction to the company's expectations for the role.

Interview
Very smooth and easy process from start to finish. They asked basic interview questions then situational questions. My first interview was with HR then the Front Office Team, then the General Manager.
