I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Marsh Risk (New York, NY) in Nov 2013
Interview
1 face to face interview, then if you're accepted, you're called to the office where you'll have three back to back interviews for 30 minutes each, very relaxed, not really any technical questions, they care a lot about how you respond, and if you're personable, not necessarily if you have the quantitative skills, as they'll try and shape those up once you're through the door...
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Marsh Risk (Miami, FL)
Interview
Took a few months of talking with a variety of people in the organization. One Zoom and 4 phone calls. All casual conversations. Everyone was super nice and well-spoken. Just talked about 15-30 minutes about my experience and asked questions
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Marsh Risk (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2021
Interview
The interview process was totally virtual allowing you to record your answers to certain questions. You could record your answer up to 4 times. After completing, there were 4 live interviews with current employees in your home office. They each asked 3-4 questions.

Got an email about a month after applying online to complete a Hirevue interview. Been over a month since completing and still haven't heard anything. They don't give you any contact info. for recruiters so you can't really follow up. Would be nice to receive an update on if I'm still being considered or not.
