There was a panel of 4 employees in the ISSS, and they asked relatively broad experience-related and hypothetical situation questions. The interview lasted about 45 minutes, and you had the opportunity to ask questions of your own at the end. I did not make it past the first round of interviewing, so they were in contact with me after but we did not have a second meeting.
