Marymount University interview questions

Straight Forward interview process meeting with colleagues and the VP of Enrollment. The questions were centered around education, recruitment strategies, and wearing multiple hats. Being an alumni of the school is helpful but not required. There was a focus on school leadership and involvement.

A cold call interview which contained a few basic questions. Side note: I was sent a mass Zoom link invite a day before the call... (assuming this was a mistake, never got a follow up email.) The position was described as changing often, etc. Refused to give me salary information and said "they didn't really have a range" when I asked in response to them asking for my range. Then I was allowed to ask some questions. Was invited for a second interview the next week. Overall, the response about the salary range gave me the impression MU is shady, unprofessional, and looking to lowball. I also that they don't know how to properly recruit. Decided not to do a second interview.
