I applied through university. I interviewed at McCarthy Building (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2020
Interview
Had an informal interview with a campus recruiter, who then set me up for a formal interview . The formal interview had me interviewed by two people. Style wasn't too formal, but not too laidback. They focused on seeing if I would be a good fit for the team rather than my experience. I tried to follow up after, but never heard back.

Interview
Interviewed with the Hr specialist first. Generally it’s get to know you interview and after I interviewed with the project manager and project director for the job I was going to be on. Both meetings were virtual and hour long roughly but more of knowing who you are so brushing up on your talking and people skills.
Long and thorough. Interviewed with multiple employees. It wasn’t daunting by any means but they want to ensure you are the right fit for the company. They treated our interview group extremely well.

Interview
Interviews after campus career fair. After interview there was a long process involving 3rd party testing that seemed unnecessary. The interview itself was good. Recruiters were friendly and wanted me to do well.
