Sit down with a manager and go through resume and availability. They will discuss shift responsibilities and roles depending on where you will be staffed. You will then align on whether or not those availabilities work and go from there. They will ask you why you want the job, what your background and history looks like and of course, where you see yourself in the future? also about any hospitality experience
Other Team Member interview reviews for McDonald's
Easy and quick, got offered the job in the same week, onboarding is very straightforward. Manager seems nice, but high turnover. I ended up not accepting the offer just because of too long hours
I interviewed at McDonald's (Rochester, South East England, England)
Interview
I sat down with the store manager and she asked some interview questions. I believed it was around like 10 questions. Then I had to serve food to customers with the assistant of a colleague.
Quick, fast and quite easy, interviewer was a little late but that was no problem. Lots of other people there too, the interview is done in the eating area. That made it less stressful in my opinion
