its an interview, based mostly on understanding your goals and personal experiences. this position was basically a promotion, but for the actual onboarding interview you are supposed to be fluent with your speaking , confident and presentable

Easy and First. Friendly atmosphere. First peace environment. General Manager and Supervisor very supportive. Neat and clean. One of best spot, Hard working is ley of success. Lots of opportunity.
I gave a resume. They asked a few questions about my work history. Hired me on the spot. No drug test or background check to my knowledge. I don’t even know if they did a reference check.
