Asked about how we would handle scenarios with different customers, very chill, asked about our working availability. Needed to see that we were confident and happy to talk to people
The process was simple, interview was scheduled via email, but arriving for interview was another topic. Very unprofessional, did not acknowledge that anyone was at the counter waiting, and had five employees walk by the line of customers without a single one being acknowledged.

Question 1
How are you with procedure changes and listening to various managers?
Easy. Lasted 15 mins. I was asked a bunch of questions customer service but was also listening the bulk of the interview. I the hiring manager was very kind Fun and easy.
In person, They just asked me about qualifications and how long I could work. I just used it as a summer job and they asked if I did well in school and such.
