Formal but casual feel, felt comfortable not intimidated, able to ask questions and speak openly. Lasted near 25 minutes. Friendly and serious about duties. Confident that environment is clean, healthy, business-oriented and results and success driven.

Asking about my experience and how I could grow the store and what could I do for them? What would I appreciate about being a boss? Am I OK with working various shifts working nights and weekends and overnights?

Would you be able to work two weeks without a day off?
The interview process was straightforward and friendly. I first had a short phone screening followed by an in-person interview with the district manager. They mainly focused on my previous retail experience, leadership style, and how I handle scheduling or customer service issues. The entire process took about a week, and communication was clear throughout.
