on the spot, no cover letter required took 30 mins start to finish. no prior experience need but good to have. they asked for references at the end but obviously did not call them as I got hired on the spot

I walked into the store and asked an employee that I was here for an interview. A few minutes later the manager took me upstairs, asked me a few questions, they then walked me around the building and showed what I would do if hired.
