I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at McDonald's (London, ON) in Apr 2016
Interview
pretty simple: basic googlable questions. all about customer service, how you perform in high intensely stressful scenarios. they don't do much if you apply they will most likely interview it just depends on if they're in high demand of new employees or not, best time to apply is in march/april right before the summer because they always hire more students then

The interview process typically includes an initial recruiter screening, followed by one or more interviews with the hiring manager and team members. Depending on the role, candidates may complete technical assessments, case studies, or presentations. The process generally evaluates technical skills, experience, problem-solving, communication, and overall fit for the position.
The interview process was well-structured, professional, and informative. Communication was clear throughout, and the interviewers created a welcoming environment that allowed for meaningful discussion about the role and organization. Enjoyed the discussion and conversation
