Interview
It was too long, and the pay offered was not adequate. The interviewer asked trick questions that had nothing to do with job duties. The interview started late as well
Basic, I just got the job if I wanted it. They do care about tardiness but that's expected. I downplayed my resume to avoid questions like "why are you here instead?"
done via phone totally, two people on conference phone call, took about 15 minutes maybe a little less, just basic questions about previous job experience, hours and days of availability
