Phone screening with a recruiter a day after applying. 10 minutes after the phone screening I get an invite to an interview in the office for the next day. In-office interview with potential manager.
Ok, not a bad interview. Nice people. The culture of McDonald’s seems pretty interesting, but ultimately not my cup of tea. We talked at length about experience, the company image seemed to focus on their overall fame as Maccas and not much else when it comes to internal work styles.

3 Level including a case study at the final stage. McD is famous for friendly employees and that was my experience even from the interview stage. Good prep is required!
