I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at McKesson (Emeryville, CA) in Jun 2012
Interview
Applied using LinkedIn. Had a screening phone call then another with HR; both went well and was invited in for an interview with five individuals ranging from would-be peers to the Manager and Director. Interview went okay but I believe I was a bit over qualified. Because they had something of a crisis, little attention was paid to my process.
Sadly, they never got back to me. I sent emails and called -- absolutely no response. Most unprofessional process ever...even if they would have made an offer, I would not accept.

Question 1
You seem overqualified, are you sure you want to work here?
Lengthy interview process after initial screening, nothing out of the ordinary for a larger company. However, communication was terrible. Hiring manager could care less. Apparently the talent pool is large enough not respond to any follow up emails. Not very professional.

Question 1
Explain difficult leadership situations you experienced...provide me with a time you faced adversity and overcame an obstacle....etc.
Quick process, contacted through email. Self-scheduled screening interview with HR, 30 mins in length. Followed by a scheduled panel interview with a few people. Very quick to respond to emails.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at McKesson (Richmond, VA) in Aug 2019
Interview
Initial phone screen with hiring manager, half day power day and an addition phone interview with HR. No testing. I got the interview because of a referral. Using your network is everything. I don’t think I would have gotten through recruiting process without it.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when things did not go as planned? What did you do and how did you deal with it.
