I applied through other source. I interviewed at McKinley Rice (New Delhi) in Mar 2023
Worst experience ever. I was told that I am selected and they also discussed the CTC joining date and everything after completing 2 interview rounds and said that the will send the offer letter soon and then delayed by days then weeks and stopped responding later. By this only anyone can make out what importance does this company have for the human resource. Worst mangement and HR. I am glad I didn't fall in their trap. I have also heard that they have hire and fire culture.

I interviewed at McKinley Rice
2 rounds, CEO and CTO, real situation based questions, and warm atmosphere There was also a test where I ad to give comments and solutions depending on various cases. Apt time was given to complete the assessment and the interviewers looked for drive and creative thinking rather than purely technical questions.
- many questions around my suggestions on how to improve things

The interview process was short and simple. Basic DS algo questions and some stuff about projects and skill-related questions. The skill related questions were based on the skill required for the job you applied for. The tech stack was based on ReactJS and python.
- What are your expectations from the company?

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at McKinley Rice (New Delhi) in May 2021
the HR took a screening test, one technical online assessment. there were 2 technical rounds. then the HR decided to never bother reverting with a reply or feedback. they even didn't bother to turn on their cams. which I believe is the most unprofessional trait of an unprofessional environment.
