I applied online and received a mail asking to attend McKinsey offices for Problem Solving (26 questions) test and an English test. By the end of the week, I got a call indicating than I passed and a dual interview was required as next step. I was interviewed and presented with two business cases to solve by the first interviewer and rather than complete the other interview, I was introduced with the country manager, who presented a specific role and requested a video conference interview with US based Director. During the video conference, I was told by interviewer that the actual position offered was quite junior for my experience. He said he'll touch bases with his local HR resource in order to review other senior positions in the process to be staff in Costa Rica in the future, but I haven't heard from them in a couple of weeks.
