On the group meeting, we were given a scenario that we would need to resolve, so we were put together on teams, 2 to 4 people. The situation presented was focused on discovering your leadership skills, you attitude to work with other on resolving issues as a team.
Second interview, with your soon to be boss, was the regular going through resume, what are your strengths and weaknesses.
Last interview, was over the phone, more technical given the nature of the job description.
