There were supposed to be 3 interviews. 2 Technical and 1 Managerial round.
Interviewers were quite naive in automation testing areas. They might be from manual testing background. There were few scenario wise questions and most of all were direct questions. 40% questions were related to html, css and content marketing.
It is advisable to put the requirements you are looking for a candidate in your JD. Make sure you appoint an interviewer having skills and experience that of profile, so the interviewer can evaluate the candidate better and not on some html and css questions.
