Interview

Position open in Milan. The process was composed of two interviews with senior analysts. Both interviews were technical.
Finally there was one last competency-based phone interview with the HR. General questions

Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mediobanca (London, England (UK)).

Interview

Simple procedure, first a telephone conversation with the HR department in Milan. Very general questions and a first screening about FIG. Then an onsite interview at the London office about interests and motives behind the application. A case study had to be prepared where you have to make recommendation on why you would buy, sell or hold shares of company X based on various broker's notes - to support your argumentation you need to include a simple DCF .

Stage interview basic questions about the Company, some more technical ones too.
The interviewer was very friendly, It didn't seem ti speak with a robot.
The questions were about financial markets and the banking Sector in general. Some more technical ones may be asked thought.

However, it was quite long as my interview was scheduled 10 days after the hr reached out to me.
