Very disorganised process. The replied immediately very enthusiastically to my application but then didn’t schedule the meeting for another 2-3 weeks. Once I had the first interview with the hiring managers, they thought I already spoke with the HR person. The questions were all centred around them. What do I know about medpace, why medpace, how are they different from other CROs, what departments do they have. The next morning I received the email they want to move forward and schedule an HR related topics interview, which never took place because they ghosted me. The atmosphere during the meeting with the managers was also not very welcoming.
