Straight forward, low-stress. Professional environment; large, quiet office. Telephone interview followed by an in-person interview and "quiz" on what a Clinical Research Associate does. In-person interview included a conference call.

Interview
A 30 minute virtual interview. Was pretty standard. They asked what my background was, why I wanted to work for them, and my career goals. It was more of a one-one chat to see if I was a good fit. I thought it went quite well but I didn't hear back from them.
HR was on leave so the department head interviewed me directly, it was over an hour a bit exhausting though. During the interview she asked whether I have some clinical trial hands on experiences which was negative as I’m the fresh Graduate
