Strictly one on one. It was roughly 30 minutes. We mainly discussed my hobbies and extracurricular activities due to the fact I was a high school student. It was very pleasant and straightforward. A great experience for my first interview. Interviewer was very thorough and went through the expectations and goals of the volunteer office.
