Interview
I met with the Clinical Manager and one of the Charge Nurses. REALLY awesome people and made me excited to be a part of the team. The interview was certainly framed to interview for personality type versus just skills. "Fit" was key in this process.
That was Easy and accepted offer. My manager was very understanding and warm. After the interview I received a job shadow mail. The next day I did shadpw and in the evening I received an offer and accepted it.

Very easy-going and friendly interviewer. Some of the questions were easy to answer and some took more thought. Interviewers did talk more about themselves during the interview which made it hard to share more about self.
