The interview process was just like everybody on here has said. First the application, then you are invited to record a video interview. I recorded the video interview and 12 days later got an email to attend a group video interview. There were some technical problems with Oovoo and we had to do a group phone call. The interviewer was so nice! She gave us info on what to expect working at Mesa. After that we received an email to schedule a 1 on 1 interview. My interview had so many technical problems that were neither the interviewers nor my fault. She was so nice about it though. Five days later I got the CJO call! I am very excited! The interviewers were so understanding and nice, there is no need to worry!
Super easy! Did a video interview that was about 4 questions, mostly about you and customer service questions. Had an online interview with recruiters and waited about a week for a phone call.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mesa Air in Apr 2025
Interview
Online process where you record videos of yourself answering questions and you have unlimited time to think of an answer and unlimited takes. But you do only have one minute to answer. Questions are pretty easy if you put some thought into them. About a month later I was invited to a group interview session via zoom as well as a one-on-one interview.

Question 1
Tell us a little bit about yourself, who is your role model other than a parent, talk about a time with a difficult situation with a coworker, what does hospitality mean to you.
Very easy process. Honestly, it was such a pleasant Interview process. Fairly quick to move forward or to know you were not accepted. The recruiters were open minded and enjoyable to talk to. None of them were so intimidating that you felt unworthy.
