I was referred by a Meta employee. I was surprised to be discarded very quickly, then a few weeks later was contacted again by HR to schedule a 20m. phone interview. The HR person / recruiter joined almost 10m late (for a 20min. interview...) and made a poor time management during the conversation. We had to rush to finish the interview because the recruiter had to be somewhere else. this did not allow any time for me to ask any question. I was told i would be contacted soon on the result of the interview but never heard back. It felt quite unprofessional from Meta's HR team to never get back to any of my emails. I concluded this was really a bad experience provided that i made my research and feedback on the hiring process seemed to be pretty good. From my personal experience it was unpleasant and it felt unprofessional
