I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meta
Interview
The process started out strong, well organized, timely scheduling/responses. During my final round, one of the interviewers on the panel was 5 minutes late, and rather than apologizing, they shared that they will be ending the call at 30 minutes (45 minute interview that they were already 5 minutes late for), and struggled to do more than frown throughout the conversation. At one point they actually said "Sorry, I wasn't grumbling at your answer...". This was so shocking, especially for someone in TA, and after several successful conversations with other team members on the panel, I walked away with a very sour taste in my mouth. The final nail in the coffin was the fact that after 3 rounds of interviews, and hours spent prepping, I was left with an email decline. I've worked for several years in recruiting, and this is unacceptable, especially for a final round candidate.

Question 1
Several behavioral questions. Many overlapping amongst interviewers, although I was coached otherwise.
