I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2024
Interview
The scale is honestly unmatched. You get to work on systems that touch billions of people, and that changes how you think about engineering. The tooling and infrastructure are incredibly mature—deploys are fast, debugging is well-supported, and internal docs are actually useful (rare). Compensation is very strong, especially with refreshers. Also, you’re surrounded by extremely smart people, which pushes you to level up quickly.
