I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Dublin, Dublin) in Mar 2018
Interview
Quick, very structured, plenty of advice and support from start to finish. Welcoming to any questions about the process, and very friendly recruiter. Interview was very relaxed, and casual.
The best interview process I have ever experienced.

Q: Have you ever reported anything on the platform?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Meta (Dublin, Dublin) in Sept 2017
Interview
I was referred by a friend to this position. After the referral I was contacted by email by a recruiter asking for some time for a screening call with him. That happened a week later and I was impressed in how easy going it was, the recruiter was really nice and helpful, and the questions were easy since I met all the requirements and experience for the position. he told me he would give me feedback on next steps until the end of the week, but 2 weeks passed and no word. So I've sent an email asking if there was any update on the process to which i received a very 'dry' reply over the weekend saying that I was not progressing...
I was really disappointed because I'm almost sure that if I hadn't ask the recruiter would let me without any update and this is really disrespectful with the candidates. I do understand there is a huge amount of applications received everyday in your inboxes but Facebook is always preaching that they give feedback to EVERY candidate and I just know by experience that this is not true. I've applied before this time and never received an email - something automated would be enough.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Menlo Park, CA) in Jan 2017
Interview
I heard back roughly 1.5 months after applying online. From there, it was a phone interview, then in-person interviews in the office. They flew me out to headquarters for the interview and everything was very well organized.
