Interview
The whole process took over a month. Spoke with the recruiter, the head of the division, and had 4 back to back interviews with peers that covered tested you on areas such as influencing, project and time management, knowledge on the industry, and problem solving. Everyone in the process was helpful, nice, and encouraging.

Question 1
The questions are typically trying to understand your past stories that can demonstrate how you take on new responsibility; how you work with people to prioritise different projects; how you encourage others (such as external stakeholders to think about long term industry trends); dig deep on a new topic; work in complex cross functional team; prioritise for multiple projects; strategic and tactical pieces of work you've done etc..
Drei Interviews gehabt, stelle würde nicht besetzt wegen Kürzungen.l und Layoffs Ende des letzten Jahres. Ansonsten waren die Interviews ok, aber ich hatte das Gefühl die Hiring Managerin wusste noch nicht genau wonach sie guckt.
Fairly straightforward, 4 personal panel review all on same day. One was case study, two situational, and then one with manager. The last manager had an “emergency” come up and we had to reschedule the final loop to a week out, didn’t seem too professional
It had 3 rounds.
