Recruiter reached out to me and scheduled an initial manager interview by video conference. The interview process was exactly as the recruiter said it was. No surprise questions, but it's not clear how they are assessing answers.

There is a list of questions that the recruiter will give you to prepare; and the interviewer will stick to that script.
