Had a first round interview with a researcher that gave me a scenario related to UX research and was asked to discuss how you would conduct the research end-to-end. Included discussion of recruitment, methods, analyses, and reporting. Second round interview included a presentation of my own research to a panel. Was told to relate the research back to Facebook in some way.

Technical screening round: the interviewer asked me to pick a non-Meta app, then gave a hypothetical task, then asked what method I would use and why, how I would sample participants, and how to analyze the data

1. HR background check: - A hiring manager will send you a list of questions, and you respond to them by email. 2. Technical interview: a senior UX research ask you a couple of questions about research plans, questions, methods, etc. 3. On-site interview: I didn't go that far to this step, but I know it will require candidates to do presentations onsite.
