Coding exercise. The IDE provided didn't have the language features for C# that I am used to and the interviewer just kept insisting that were ways to improve the work I did. I would rather my work be judged for its business value as I have 30+ years of experience and clearly know my business VERY WELL.

Long, impersonal, unclear, and unhelpful. The interviewers didn't seem like they wanted to be there. They were often unprepared, and were not great at clearly asking questions or explaining the process. At one point I just asked for a copy of the script the interviewer was reading from (which they provided so that I could continue). It was abysmal. I decided to not continue with the process.

How to code a median filter without actually telling you it's a median filter... for real. They were trying to be purposefully tricky about it by doing a poor job of explaining it without naming it.

Standard interview loop for individual contributors, however the guidance on interviewer expectations for a senior IC was extremely limited, and feedback during the interviews was non-existent. As a result, while I aced the technical aspects of the interview, my qualitative answers were not what they were looking for directionally and they chose not to proceed. Unfortunately this a major waste of my preparation time which could have been avoided with better guidance from the recruiting team.

The interviewer asked some behaviora questions and Leetcode medium questions but I was not prepared and panicked during the live coding interview. I was not able to proceed with the next interview.
