I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Meta in Mar 2022
Interview
To go to the second round, you have to pass 3 stages.
The first is a coding challenge where you get four code challenges with about 70 minutes for all of them. The second is a coding interview with a software developer where you'll be asked 2 questions and 40 minutes. The third is an onsite meeting. No leetcode and you will not complete the questions. You could be the worst programmer ever but if you have done enough leetcode, you'll do great.

Question 1
recursive dictionary search in any language you prefer.
The technical round hit me with a classic array manipulation problem: moving zeroes to the end without disrupting the order of non-zero elements. As I tackled it, I felt a wave of familiarity wash over me; I had just practiced a similar challenge on PracHub. The rest of the interview followed a straightforward path, with some easy behavioral questions sprinkled in. Overall, it felt very easy, but I wasn’t quite the right fit for what they needed, so I didn’t receive an offer.
